Dennis D. Vance

Dennis D. Vance, 72, of Selden, died Friday, June 12, 2026. He was born September 23, 1953, in Smith Center, KS to Vernon and Shirley (Mullin) Vance.

Dennis was an outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and was an avid fisherman who participated in many fishing tournaments.

He was preceded in death by his son Shelby Vance, mother Shirley Vance and his grandparents.

Dennis is survived by his father Vernon Vance, sister Vicki (Vance) Egner, brother Brian Vance and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation is 5-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at Baalmann Mortuary, Colby. A graveside service will take place at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the Rexford Cemetery, Rexford, KS.
