Ruby Brungardt

RUBY ELIZABETH BRUNGARDT COLBY – Ruby Elizabeth (Rogers) Brungardt, 54, passed away May 1, 2015. Ruby was born January 31, 1961 to Charles Lincoln and Emma Lou (Hafer) Rogers in Colby, Kansas. She attended Colby Public Schools graduating in 1979. On September 20, 1980 she was united in marriage to Virgil Raymond Brungardt. To this union was born two sons: Kevin Ray and Dale Lynn. Ruby was preceded in death by father Charles Rogers and infant brother Jacob Erwin Rogers. Ruby is survived by her husband and two sons, her mother, five brothers: David Allen (Kay) of Newton, KS; Daniel Duane (Lesley) of Kinsley, KS; Charles Leroy (Rhonda) of Oakley, KS; Larry Dale (Marcia) of Oakley, KS; Terry Lynn (Brenda) of Colby. Two Sisters Mary Lou (Steve) Burleigh of Colby; Carla Jean (Kenneth) Dunston of Kersey, CO. Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Ruby was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister, also a dedicated CNA for more than 30 years.
