Shea Nicole Hill, 40, of Oakley, KS, died Thursday, July 23, 2026. She was born August 13, 1985, in Hays to Mark Hill and Scarlett (Selby) Hill. She grew up in Hoxie, KS and was a 2004 graduate of Hoxie High School.
Shea loved so much about life, always singing, listening to music and spending time in her garden with the cats and Doc, her mini Australian Shepard. You could often find her enjoying the great outdoors, the time she spent fishing with her dad was one of her most treasured ways to spend the day. She loved watching sports, especially if her nephews and nieces, or the Dallas Cowboys were playing. Shea was everyone’s biggest cheerleader; she had a way of making everyone around her feel safe and seen. She remembered the small things and always showed up with a smile, a treat and a “Hi Friend!” like you were her favorite person.
Shea was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bruce and Marilyn Selby and Bill and Mary Hill.
She is survived by her parents, Mark Hill and Scarlett Hill; siblings, Clayton and Carly Hill and Cori and Cody Younkin; nieces and nephews, Dason, Kylar and Braxton Hill, Tait, Maycee, Lakota and Hannah Younkin; husband, Dylan Campbell and his children, Cana and Sam; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Gateway Fellowship Church, Oakley. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026, also at the Gateway Fellowship Church. Burial to follow at the Brewster Cemetery, Brewster, KS. Memorials can be made to the Shea Hill Memorial Fund to be dedicated to a cause that was close to her heart and can be mailed in care of Baalmann Mortuary, PO Box 391, Colby, KS 67701.
