Shirley Ann Durham

Shirley Ann Durham was born on August 25th, 1940, to Edward and Rose (Kral) Hamm, and sadly passed away on April 30th, 2025. She was 84 years old.

Shirley was a tenacious lady, who loved life. She was smart as a whip and could do anything she put her mind to. She believed in telling the truth, even when others didn't, and the world is less bright without her spark.

In 1958, Shirley married the love of her life, Augie. They were together 63 years before his passing. They had two daughters together, Linda and Judy.

Shirley was preceded in death by her love, Augie; her parents; both of her daughters; her granddaughter, Natasha; and her cherished dog, Maggie.

She is survived by her siblings, Karen (Denny) Jones and John (Iva) Hamm; her sons-in-law, Floyd and Elmer; her grandchildren, Shannon, Holly (Nick), Zach (Ashlie), and Dakota (Skyler). She was a great grandma and great-great grandma. She also leaves behind many beloved friends at Colby Health and Rehab, who became an extended family to her.

Shirley will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. She was truly one of a kind.
