Vernanne Zeis

It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Vernanne Zeis, who left us on March 24, 2026, at the age of 73.

Vernanne was a devoted mother, a cherished friend, and a person whose kindness and strength touched everyone who knew her. She lived a life marked by compassion, resilience, humor, generosity, and she will be remembered for her deep love for her family.

She is lovingly survived by her brother Dan Baker, husband Marshall King, and two children, Tasha Hauptman and Casey Moore, as well as many grandchildren who will miss her greatly but will forever carry her memory in their hearts. Her legacy lives on through the values she instilled, the love she gave so freely, and the countless lives she influenced.

A celebration of life will be held later in the summer months in Colorado where Vernanne will be laid to rest with her late daughter Brookie.

Though she is no longer with us, her love remains a guiding light. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
